Hi Nick: In your email you mentioned both OSCAR and ROCKS - they are totally different but since you emailed oscar-devel, I am going to assume you're talking about OSCAR.
Currently for OSCAR, there is no "upgrade path" for either OSCAR nor any of its packages. Usually what happens is a version is released, and any new updates to packages (eg. TORQUE or MAUI) goes into the next version (development trunk) which users can choose to update to when it is released. (Update here means re-deploying the entire cluster, by re-installing the OS and with a newer version of OSCAR). Of course, that does not stop a user from manually upgrading the included RPMs for TORQUE/MAUI and re-running any post-installation scripts. Having said that, the current version in our development trunk for TORQUE is 2.0.0p5 and for MAUI, it is 3.2.6p14. It would be great if you can help update that to the latest revisions.
