The routines for storing this are easilly rewritten to access the database. Well, actually not all these things should go to the database, some of the actions _must_ be performed in the first pass. But pool checksums and config.xml checksums can go there, indeed. Anyway, as long as we're debugging, I prefer to remove files instead of learning SQL queries.
