Hi Bernard & Michael,

I restructured the wiki start page and created Admin Docs and Developer
Docs start pages in the format of tables of contents, such that it becomes
easiers to add content page-wise. The content points are waiting to be
filled...

Repository documentation (with repo-update) was added, duty done ;-)
