Hi,

Here's a small improvement to scripts/distro-query:

distro-query was depending on the SIS database being up and accessible. This
is not necessary and not possible in the early phase of the OSCAR
installation. I moved the loading of the SIS modules into the --node
query. Now a simple distro, pool or image query can be done with only the
OSCAR_HOME environment pointing to an appropriate OSCAR installation, no need
for SIS to be installed and set up.

I therefore recommend users to run

  cd /opt/oscar*
  env OSCAR_HOME=`pwd` scripts/distro-query

before starting with the installation. This will show all default repository
locations, the recognized distribution, etc.

Regards,
Erich

PS: just checked it in. The "distro-query --node NAME" functionality was
slightly changed and I didn't test it, yet. I'd be happy if anybody could test
it and report back success or failure.
