I get this with the latest checkout (r4848): $ make pdf ../../doc/Makefile.latex:18: ../../dist/programs.sh: No such file or directory make: *** No rule to make target `../../dist/programs.sh'. Stop.
Do we need to re-add dist/programs.sh?
