Hi, I needed to restart apache server which made a short outage of SVN server because there was an SVN weirdness which is harmless to all the SVN repositories and it was necessary to stop apache in order to clear the weirdness off for about 10 seconds. The short outage happened at 3:00pm (Eastern time).
