I think Erich meant to paste the following URL:

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386

The URL he pasted earlier is just the core OS RPMs, not the one with
updates.

So just make sure you have both the core OS and updates URLs in your
.url file and it should be fine (according to Erich anyways ;-) ).
