If yum-2.4.1 (lower case) is installed on the headnode, then it should
work - if install_cluster bails, then there is a bug.

You also need to copy the yum-2.4.1 RPM to one of the /tftpboot/oscar
repositories and rebuild the cache - this solves the issue with image
creation.

And yes we need to decide what to do - please post your comments to that
