It appears that tcl (x86_64) rpm is missing from Fedora Core 5's x86_64 rpmlist and thus causes issues on client nodes.
 
tcl.i386 is in the rpmlist however, and it incorrectly (?) fulfilled the requirement for switcher package's RPMs (they require tcl).
 
I don't know what's the best way to solve this right now, but perhaps adding "tcl" back to the rpmlist would solve this for now?
