Hi Geoffroy, I'd need to add a new method to packman for locating a package's URL. I can do that with yume by using repoquery. An example:
$ yume --repo mirror:http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/fedora-core-5 \ --repoquery locate bash This takes a while because the repository metadata has to be downlaoded, but ultimately it returns all URLs of the bash packages. Is there an equivalent of this functionality in debian? Can it be built somehow? Thanks, best regards, Erich ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
