In a previous email, you
mentioned that openmpi and openmpi-switcher-modulefile have matching
versions. If that's the case you shouldn't have any errors (at least not
the one you posted where you get the tcl traceback). If you are still
having problems with Open MPI tests, please post testing output
again.
You can skip the Open MPI
test by moving "test_user" and "rm_script.openmpi" files from
packages/openmpi/testing directory to some place else.
Regarding your question about
TORQUE, it is probably best asked in the TORQUE mailing-list:
http://www.supercluster.org/mailman/listinfo/torqueusers
http://www.supercluster.org/mailman/listinfo/torqueusers
It's possible that it's a bug
that is fixed in a newer version. We are using 2.0.0p8 currently with
OSCAR 5.0.

Bernard

Subject: [Oscar-devel] errors during cluster test
Is there an easy way to skip the OpenMPI test during the test, so I can try
to test the other api's? I would like to find out what is working and what
isn't.
I am trying to determine why that test is leaving those jobs in the pbs queue, and why the qdel command can't delete them? That seems much more serious and problematic to me.
Thanks to anyone for any help!
