This currently is a manual process - i.e. one would add RPMs to this list 
manually, if/when they are found to be necessary.

Currently since yum(e) is included in OSCAR 5, the rpmlist can actually shrink 
quite a bit because yume(e) will automatically resolve dependencies.  In the 
future we will also support group information (eg. @Gnome) which will make the 
lists even more simplier:
