Two points:
1) If the user has a subscription to RHN, then they can download updated CDs and burn them as Mike mentioned
2) If they originally have U1, and updated it to U2 _before_ they installed OSCAR, then they should also somehow grab the updated RPMs from U2 and copy them to /tftpboot/distro ...
To be honest it would be too much work to support U1, U2, U3, U4 ... just pick the latest one and run with it.

So if you purchase RHEL you still get U1 disks? Thats silly, but I'll
take your word for it. I always download them from RHN so I have U4
disks... I think I was using U3 the last time I tested branch and it
