Hi, Upgraded SystemImager to 3.8.1 on my FC5/OSCAR 5.0 server (installed from RPMs). So far the issues are:
1. Upon network boot, during image rsyncing, the error messages appear repeatedly on the client's console: nc: connect: connection refused and the monitoring does not work. Do I need to change something in configuration? There is a new section in /etc/systemimager/rsync_stubs/10header file: # If you choose to install the clients with SSH transport uncomment the # following lines. # #hosts allow = 127.0.0.1 #hosts deny = 0.0.0.0/0 Should I uncomment it? I don't think OSCAR 5.0 can use SSH transport. 2. After successfull network boot and imaging, network boot mode is not disabled and image provisioning loops forever (or until network boot option disabled in BIOS). Probably connected to issue 1. 3. Last but not the least: swap partition is still marked type 83 instead of type 82, so this bug was not fixed in 8.3.1. I also can't find a way to make any changes to disk partitioning scheme. Changes I make to: /var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage/etc/systemimager/autoinstallscript.conf are ignored. Is it the wrong file?
