So the current FAQ is certainly valid for OSCAR 4.x but is not neccesarily
extremely valid for 5.x.
Do we keep the current FAQ and add text explaining the differences by
version, or do we branch it by version.
In other words do we need a 4.x FAQ as well as a 5.x FAQ?
