You can run /opt/oscar/scripts/oscar_wizard at any time, you just need
to close the ./install_cluster wizard first.

I rather liked having the delete nodes button on the main wizard.  Or
perhaps to put a tab on the top for install/manage instead of having
to close and restart the whole thing.
