Hi Amit,

Just to be sure i understand your question: you want to create a dynamic
dependency between two packages when a specific setup of a package is done.
Right?

I have to admit that i cannot see a real case of that and i do not think we
never thought about that... i will keep that in mind in the future.
Do you think you can find a solution using different package sets? If not, can
you give a more detailed example of what you try to do?
