Hi,
I had a look at MSM and PSM pages on wiki and I have a few remarks.
Package set are commonly used on distributions, called as meta-package.
That means that they are packages which contain nothing but dependencies.
If I understand, the advantage of OSCAR Package Set are to define them
more dynamically than having to create meta-package.
And now, my question is about the way you store your datas. You store
them in XML files. Shouldn't it be easier to add/update/remove in the
OSCAR Database ? Furthermore, information about nodes and group of nodes
(MSM) can be useful for other part of OSCAR and could be stored into the
ODA too.
