Hi,
I got my cluster working with six nodes of p5b-vm mobos for fc7
x86_64. Also the extra 2 nodes of G33 p5k-vm asus mobo install but get
kernel panic on reboot.
I do not know why.For the Marvell nics i used an older 3.9.0 version of
systemimager with linux2.6.20.4
and patched it with www.marvell.com s ethernet driver patch and compiled
it. It works for these cards.
Also the new rc1 kernel linux-2.6.23 has the sky2 marvell driver which
works very well with these nics. I have my six node p5b-vm cluster
bencmarked at 54.56Gflops
with 6 dual core pentium d's.
May be Andreas can please use kernel 2.6.23-rc1 for a new version of
systemimager.
Can anybody help me with the p5k-vm mobo which is just out problem of
instralling an image (client) and giving a kernel panic on reboot, PLease?
