What do you mean when you say you cannot cexec to other nodes? Is c3 installed? In your logs, I see a bunch of 'cexec: command not found' which leads me to think that it is not properly installed. But on second thought, perhaps your environment is not setup properly, i.e. /opt/c3-4 is not in your PATH. So if C3 is installed, then exit from the current shell, start another one and see if cpush, cexec are in your PATH. If so, then start the OSCAR Wizard up again.
