Yes, totally configurable in /etc/systemimager/systemimager.conf: look at the
TFTP_DIR parameter. If $TFTP_DIR already exists on the image server nothing is
done. Otherwise $TFTP_DIR is created as a symlink to
/usr/share/systemimager/boot. In this way you can get rid of synchronizing the
boot packages into the /tftpboot after a systemimager update.

IMHO the simplest solution (that requires less work) for OSCAR is to create the
dir /tftpboot if it doesn't exist and configure TFTP_DIR=/tftpboot in
systemimager.conf.
