No need to do that, centos is supported out of the box. Centos is equivalent
to rhel.

/tftpboot/distro/centos-5-x86_64 should contain the RPMs of the distro.

/tftpboot/oscar/rhel-5-x86_64 must contain the unpacked tarball
oscar-repo-rhel-5-x86_64...

Did you edit the .url files? Have you added your own repositories or remote
repositories in any way?
