The image created by the CLI does not contain any OSCAR packages (eg.
systemimager-client, systemimager-common, ganglia-gmond, opkg-*).

I tracked it down to this addition to SystemInstaller:

http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/changeset/6460

while the GUI was updated to pass this additional $groupfile argument,
the CLI did not have this and thus none of the OSCAR packages were
installed.

Not sure when I'll get around to getting this fixed, but this is merely FYI.

Perhaps we need to add a CLI component to SystemInstaller -- or at
least start doing the division between code and interface...
