Hi Joe,

I am not sure what happened on the case that all the previously selected 
packages are not selected but switcher.
But this case is definitely related to the configuration issues(i.e., the 
unseletected packages are not needed to be configured).

Anyway, I wonder if you were using the all the newly built opkg meta rpms. Can 
you make sure that some meta rpms could happen to be already installed and the 
new one could not override it?

In order avoid the above hassles, I would rather do "scripts/start_over" and 
then retest it with the newly built opkg meta rpms.
