OK, Randy. This is apparently a module problem and you may want to try to tweak(remove and test) several module files which are installed with some OSCAR packages on your cluster.
Can you please try to do this tweak thing on the other module programs? For example, you may want to try to check the following module programs. > openmpi-switcher-modulefile-1.2.4-1 > mpich-ch_p4-gcc-oscar-module-1.2.7-8 > torque-modulefile-2.1.8-3oscar > lam-oscar-modulefile-7.1.4-1 > lam-switcher-modulefile-7.1.4-2.oscar > pvm-modules-oscar-3.4.5+6-2 Regards, - DongInn Randy Philipp wrote: > I just tried that, I am still getting the problem. > > Randy > > > On Mar 25, 2008, at 10:51 AM, DongInn Kim wrote: >> Can you try to remove torque-modulefile and then see what happens? >> I think I have seen this problem with this module file. >> >> Regards, >> >> - DongInn >> >> >> Randy Philipp wrote: >>> Here are the oscar packages I have installed, >>> >>> oscar-base-5.1b1-1 >>> perl-Tk-804.026-1.oscar >>> oscar-base-server-5.1b1-1 >>> systeminstaller-oscar-2.3.7.svn6715.dikim-1 >>> torque-client-2.1.8-3oscar >>> torque-gui-2.1.8-3oscar >>> mpich-ch_p4-gcc-oscar-module-1.2.7-8 >>> torque-modulefile-2.1.10-1oscar >>> pfilter-1.707-3oscar >>> oscar-base-scripts-5.1b1-1 >>> perl-IO-Tty-1.02-4.oscar >>> opkg-pfilter-1.707.0-4oscar >>> atftp-server-0.7-8oscar >>> modules-default-manpath-oscar-1.0.1-1 >>> torque-2.1.8-3oscar >>> lam-oscar-7.1.4-1 >>> mpich-ch_p4-gcc-oscar-1.2.7-8 >>> torque-mom-2.1.8-3oscar >>> maui-oscar-3.2.6p19-8 >>> lam-oscar-modulefile-7.1.4-1 >>> pvm-modules-oscar-3.4.5+6-2 >>> oscar-install-docs-html-2.0b1-1 >>> ssh-oscar-1.1-7 >>> oscar-user-docs-html-2.0b1-1 >>> oscar-base-libs-5.1b1-1 >>> modules-oscar-3.2.5-2 >>> systeminstaller-oscar-x11-2.3.7.svn6715.dikim-1 >>> torque-server-2.1.8-3oscar >>> torque-scheduler-2.1.8-3oscar >>> lam-switcher-modulefile-7.1.4-2.oscar >>> opkg-pfilter-server-1.707.0-4oscar >>> >>> And here are the opkg packages I have installed, >>> >>> opkg-lam-7.1.4-7 >>> opkg-selinux-1.0.0-1 >>> opkg-maui-3.2.6p19-8 >>> opkg-sync-files-2.4-3 >>> opkg-switcher-1.0.7-2 >>> opkg-oda-1.31.0-1 >>> opkg-mpich-1.2.7-9 >>> opkg-rapt-server-1.0-0 >>> opkg-sis-server-4.0.0-3 >>> opkg-apitest-server-1.0.0-12.1 >>> opkg-disable-services-server-1.1.0-1 >>> opkg-mtaconfig-server-1.1.0-1 >>> opkg-mpich-server-1.2.7-9 >>> opkg-torque-2.1.8-2 >>> opkg-netbootmgr-1.7-1 >>> opkg-disable-services-1.1.0-1 >>> opkg-pvm-3.4.5+6-3 >>> opkg-sis-4.0.0-3 >>> opkg-base-1.0.0-2 >>> opkg-loghost-1.0.0-1 >>> opkg-linux-ha-2.0.8-2 >>> opkg-mtaconfig-1.1.0-1 >>> opkg-pfilter-1.707.0-4oscar >>> opkg-c3-4.0.1-7 >>> opkg-ganglia-3.0.6-1 >>> opkg-apitest-1.0.0-12.1 >>> opkg-yume-2.7-1 >>> opkg-sc3-1.2-5 >>> opkg-selinux-server-1.0.0-1 >>> opkg-base-server-1.0.0-2 >>> opkg-yume-server-2.7-1 >>> opkg-oda-server-1.31.0-1 >>> opkg-c3-server-4.0.1-7 >>> opkg-sync-files-server-2.4-3 >>> opkg-maui-server-3.2.6p19-8 >>> opkg-torque-server-2.1.8-2 >>> opkg-netbootmgr-server-1.7-1 >>> opkg-ntpconfig-server-2.0.1-1 >>> opkg-documentation-server-2.0.b1-1 >>> opkg-pvm-server-3.4.5+6-3 >>> opkg-ganglia-server-3.0.6-1 >>> opkg-networking-1.0.0-2 >>> opkg-sge-6.0u9.0-8 >>> opkg-documentation-2.0.b1-1 >>> opkg-rapt-1.0-0 >>> opkg-jobmonarch-0.1.2-9 >>> opkg-opium-1.6-2 >>> opkg-openmpi-1.2.4-1 >>> opkg-ntpconfig-2.0.1-1 >>> opkg-sc3-server-1.2-5 >>> opkg-switcher-server-1.0.7-2 >>> opkg-lam-server-7.1.4-7 >>> opkg-opium-server-1.6-2 >>> opkg-openmpi-server-1.2.4-1 >>> opkg-pfilter-server-1.707.0-4oscar >>> >>> I just got this from grepping the output from rpm -qa for oscar and >>> opkg respectively.
