You should not have to generate dsa/rsa keys because OSCAR has already done
that for you.  The problem is that your network is not working after your
nodes reboot.

Attach a monitor to one of your nodes and boot it up.  Log in as root and
type "ifconfig"
That should list the network devices and if they are active.

If not then we can go from there.
