missing python dependancies on RHEL4.

This is the error I get when trying to install 5.1b2 on red hat version 4.

Error: Missing Dependency: python(abi) = 2.4 is needed by package
python-khashmir

RPM says I have this version installed.

python-devel-2.3.4-14.4.el4_6.1
python-2.3.4-14.4.el4_6.1

Is it possible to upgrade Python to version 2.4 on RHEL4 x86_64? I
thought this version of Oscar was configured for this version of Redhat
and the packages would match.

~Dale

P.S. I'm trying to install this latest version of Oscar because I'm
having trouble getting an image pushed down to the compute nodes using
Oscar 5.0. Oscar 5.0 oscarimage.master is trying to format /dev/sda which
is a Virtual Drive on a Blade Chassis. I can't get the virtual drives to
be disabled, nor can I configure the install script to reference /dev/sdb
instead.
