Hi, I've managed to reach step 8 of the oscar_wizard --debug install oscar-6.0.5r9147-1 Unfortunately it fails because it cannot find the package test scripts.
[r...@is005760 testing]# (cd /usr/share/oscar/testing ; ./test_cluster) Performing root tests... /home mounts [PASSED] Preparing user tests... cp: can't evaluate `/packages/sge/testing/sge_test': No such file or directory. Failed to copy /packages/sge/testing/sge_test to /home/oscartst for Resource Manager SGE at ./test_cluster line 224 I've discovered that those scripts are located under /var (/var/lib/oscar/testing) Wouldn't it be better to have those scripts located under /usr (/usr/share/oscar/testing/) ? I though that /var was for things that vary (database, web content, logs, ...) while /usr is for things that are static (code libraries, binaries, scripts, ...). Anyway, For now I'll try to fix test_cluster so it is able to find test scripts. Regarding oscar and /var, I just wanted to understand and fill my curiosity :-) Best regards, Olivier. -- Olivier LAHAYE CEA Saclay DRT-LIST-DETECS-SSTM ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Return on Information: Google Enterprise Search pays you back Get the facts. http://p.sf.net/sfu/google-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Oscar-devel mailing list Oscar-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/oscar-devel
