hi,
I'm having troubles to get SGE configured at end of stage 4 if cellname is not
the default one.
/var/lib/oscar/packages/sge/server-post-install fails at line
system("$qconf -as $hostname") == 0 or croak("Error: Problem with adding OSCAR
head as sge admin host")
=> cell directory "/opt/sge/default" doesn't exist
I've never used sge. It looks like qconf is not aware of the current
configuration in /opt/sge/myInstall.conf
at least it is not aware of /opt/sge/<cellname>/common/settings.sh
=> Many questions:
- OSCAR: should /opt/sge/<cellname>/common/settings.sh be run in
/var/lib/oscar/packages/sge/server-post-install before the failing command?
- OSCAR: is there an other way (aside setting SGE_CELL env) to have qconf
operate properly without any config script to ren before?
- enduser: should all end users add /opt/sge/<cellname>/common/settings.sh in
their profile?
