Geoffroy,
oscar rpm repository ships openmpi-1.2.4 while CentOS ships openmpi-1.3.2 which
lacks some features.
Unfortunately, as CentOS5.4 rpm version is higher than oscar one, the CentOS5.4
version is installed insted and this leads to failure.
I've seen that openmpi-1.4.1 is available and the src rpm has a oscar flag that
looks good.
I've build it for CentOS 5.4 whith oscar flag enabled and it builds flawlesly.
I'll test ASAP.
Having this version included in oscar would help a lot IMHO (provided that
oscar packages that link with openmpi can be built with this release).
