Suggests: tag is in rpm V5.6.0, (see rpm changelog), unfortunately it seems
disabled in redhat version. Thus, tests based on rpm version is not working.
I've updated the test and it should work now. It can build on ScientificLinux
6.0 / RHEL6.
Patch is attached and should be valid for all RHEL distros. (V4 V5 and V6)
