OSCAR port to CentOS-6.2 step 6

I'd difficulties to fide how to build the DRMAA-python rpm, and I finaly found
that it was generated from oscar-SGE.
I've found that drmaa-0.5 was available stand alone.
After studying the dependancies, I've found that libdrmaa.so.0 is now more
generic and no more exclusive to SGE.
Indeed, in EPEL repo, torque-drmaa provides this lib.

Thus I've rebuild the drmaa-python rpm with a depend on libdrmaa.so.0, and it
works fine with torque-drmaa from EPEL.
started munge (not yet had a deep look into that thing) and tested examples
http://code.google.com/p/drmaa-python/wiki/Tutorial and it works realy fine.

I like very much the EPEL torque packaging and I think the oscar torque package
has no value added over the EPEL one which does support for drmaa. IMHO, it
should be a good idea to use this EPEL packagte instead of oscar version (less
mantenance, better functionalities). What about Debian side?
