OK, netbootmgr could be built after installing the missing qt3 package.
For the 5 packages (apitest ganglia jobmonarch openmpi torque), I think we need
to upload the right packages to replace the outdated packages in
http://www.csm.ornl.gov/srt/downloads/oscar/
If Geoffroy can not manage the web site, I can host them on one of my lab
server machines.
What do you think about it?
