Here is an updated spec file for perl-Qt that build one CentOS-6.
http://olivier.lahaye1.free.fr/SRPMS/perl-Qt-3.009b2-7.src.rpm
To try a rebuild:
rpmbuild --rebuild
http://olivier.lahaye1.free.fr/SRPMS/perl-Qt-3.009b2-7.src.rpm
This should download, install in ~/rpmbuild and rebuild the package in one
shot. (provided that BuildRequires are met).
