No, I could install libqt-perl because it was not found in the ubuntu
repository.

Anyway, it is not really the package that I need to have for OSCAR on
ubuntu-12.10 but libqtgui4-perl
So, I fixed the problem by updating the
/usr/share/oscar/prereqs/perl-Qt/prereq.cfg file to add libqtgui4-perl under
the [ubuntu:1210:*] section because libqtgui4-perl has the right library and it
could be simply installed through apt-get.
