Hi,

I've created the opkg-munge-* rpms (everything is added to the svn tree).
these rpm will be responsible to setup the munge package so torque is able to
work (torque on RHEL6 and clones is using munge. torque-oscar on RHEL6 and
clones also uses munge to stay compatible and to easy switch between distro or
oscar torque systems).

I've also updated the opkg for torque (user_test and client-post-install where
miss behaving to the torque-oscar package that uses alternatives (binary are
name qsub-torque in /opt/pbs/bin and the link /usr/bin/qsub is created. The
scripts were looking for /opt/pbs/bin/qsub.

Now the scripts can work with any torque packaging:
/usr/bin/qsub /opt/pbs/bin/qsub /opt/pbs/bin/qsub-torque

Repository need a sync :)

Best regards.
