That's what I did. I hoped that there was a better way to do that, but I was
unable to find anything about version comparison in debian packaging system on
google. Thus I put requires 6.1.1.9 which is still >= 6.1.1 but is still lower
than current 6.1.2~svn20130306-0ol1.

I have not done for packaging deb myself but is it possible to change the
version of oscar-utils from 6.1.2~svn20130306-0ol1 to 6.1.2 or
6.1.3~svn20130306-0ol1 ?
Or maybe, can you change the version of requires (oscar-utils) in yume?
