I see no reason why we should be in $PKGDEST (= /tftpboot/oscar/fc-18-x86_64) 
when doing the mv.
We should be in /tmp/oscar-packager/openmpi. I have no time to do more tonight 
(need some sleep ;-)

Could you upgrade oscar-base-libs at least. I've updated a few things there 
like tgz recognition, but maybe other things I miss to remember. The best would 
be to upgrade all things related to oscar-packager.

Then test again. I you could tell me if the problem persists, that would help 
me tomorrow.
Note that on my fc-17, the problem does not occure. neither on my rhel-6 VM...

PS: I'm doing a full rebuild on fc-17 and rhel-6 right now. I hope to see the 
100% completion this time...Cross fingers ;-)
