Yes, the multilib needs that gcc can link 32bits exe.

The rpm spec is the upstream one if my memory is correct, though, I realy want 
to void it and use a spec file that will generate dkms compilent module package 
so there are no issues with the kernel version. I've seen such a spec file on 
the net, and I had in mind to use it as a base. (and ask upstream to do 
something about dkms as non dkms package are unusable if not provided by distro 
vendor that builds on a single shot the kernel and all dep packages).

Thus, in this process, we can move the spec in the svn, have the tarball in the 
download and build blcr without the multilib option. 32bits exec won't be 
checkpointable, but IMHO, who runs 32bits exec on a 64bits batch system? ;-)
