Yes, the multilib needs that gcc can link 32bits exe. The rpm spec is the upstream one if my memory is correct, though, I realy want to void it and use a spec file that will generate dkms compilent module package so there are no issues with the kernel version. I've seen such a spec file on the net, and I had in mind to use it as a base. (and ask upstream to do something about dkms as non dkms package are unusable if not provided by distro vendor that builds on a single shot the kernel and all dep packages).
