Hi,
Looking to you log file it seems that the following line are missing in your
/etc/oscar/oscar.conf file (harmless):
# Specify where oscar-packager will download files
PACKAGER_DOWNLOAD_PATH = /var/lib/oscar-packager/downloads
Aside that, the second error is related to the repository. Could you do:
yum clean all; yum makecache; yum update and retry?

PS: I'm currently rebuilding the full oscar packages on centos-6 to make sure
everything build and uses the correct source files.
