OK, it seems that the generated /tftpboot/oscar/rhel-6-x86_64.url file does not 
have the first repository entry properly but just "empty" string.
install_prereq complains about the wrong data structure.

So, is it a fault of "oscar-config --setup-dsitro … " or something wrong on the 
package configuration?
I will look into this problem more.
