I've cleaned up and fixed c3 build on rpm side. Now the rpm can be installed on
fc-18 (since fc-18, a directory can't be owned by 2 packages).
c3 packaged did claim the ownership of /usr/bin which was refuser by the
filesystem package.
the new tarball is in the download section.
Fix (c3.spec.in, man/Makefile and Makefile.am have been sent upstream.
