I've juste had a look at oscar/scripts/set_oscar_interface in order to migrate
code from /sbin/ifconfig to /sbin/ip
I've successfully tested my change, but I have an issue whith the script that
fails. Is it obsolete or work in progress?
I'm asking to you, because there is a comment line 121 that let me think that
you're well aware of this part of the code and that you'll surely know what to
do ;-)
Here is the problem:
./set_oscar_interface
Too many arguments for OSCAR::Database::dec_already_locked at
./set_oscar_interface line 128, near "0) "
Too many arguments for OSCAR::Database::dec_already_locked at
./set_oscar_interface line 129, near "1)"
Too many arguments for OSCAR::Database::dec_already_locked at
./set_oscar_interface line 132, near "1)"
Too many arguments for OSCAR::Database::dec_already_locked at
./set_oscar_interface line 150, near "1)"
Execution of ./set_oscar_interface aborted due to compilation errors.

PS: So far, all /sbin/ifconfig and services config/start/stop code has been
migrated in oscar/lib and oscar/scripts.
Only a few stuffs remains (allow_client_access which needs to be migrated from
ipchains to iptables, and a few other obsolete stuffs)
Now working on pkgsrc.
