Looking deeper in the NetxtIp.pm revealed that this package is not used
anywhere in the oscar code. Thus, OSCAR::NextIp::get_addresses() that calls non
existent FlatIpDB::read_IP_database() is never called and never fails.
Commenting out the code with a FIXME comment.
