OSCAR::Testing is progressing well ans is almost complete.

This is the preview of what testing will look like.
A diagnose button will be added so the test results can be browsed for
diagnostic.
Note that to display apitest ansi colors, the use of perl-Tk-TextANSIColor
module is needed. The rpm exists and the deb will follow if not included in the
main distro.
