I actually got past that problem. I started over with a crean install, and when I ran up2date I excluded the openssh-3.1p1* and any other 3.1* rpms.
I have another problem
When trying to define Oscar clients (third step in OSCAR setup) I get the error
couldn't run mksirange: no such file or directory at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux/Tk.pm line217
I know mksirange is installed at /usr/bin
I don't know perl, so the file Tk.pm so I cant figure out why it can not execute the mksirange script

What output do you get from the following:
ls /tftpboot/rpm/openssh*
rpm -qa | grep openssh
Send that info to the list, it should be enough to help.
