The MPICH test looks like it succeeded; same with the shelltest. ".out"
files are ok (and normal); ".err" files are the ones that show problems.
The PVM test seems to have problems making a named socket in /tmp; I don't
know why this would be. Check the permissions on /tmp, they should
probably be rwxrwxrwt. Then try to run PVM manually and see if you get
the same problems. If it continues to have problems, I'll defer to the
PVM guys who are on this list to help... (I think that they're generally
unavailable this week, though :-( ).
The hdf5 test looks like it failed due to illegal instructions -- what
architecutre are you running on? I know that HDF5 will only work on IA32
(i.e., not IA64).
