I think your system requires the Broadcom TG3 adapter.  I have a kernel
built that I could forward to you for installation.  Note that Redhat has
released a patch for the kernel that fixes Broadcom lockups - so you'll want
to upgrade your kernels before you go production.

Email me if you want to try my (non-patched) kernel for the initial boot to
install, then you can push out the updated kernel as part of the
installation.
