I ran "Complete Cluster Setup" last week with only 4 of the 16 nodes that will be clustered. I learned that we will need to run all 16 nodes hooked-up to run this step.... So, today I put all 16 nodes online and re-ran "Complete Cluster Setup." The operation failed with following lines showing in the terminal window:
Max open servers: 4 Create queue workq qmgr obj=workq svr=default:queue already exists Configuration of PBS queues failed at ..//packages/pbs/scripts/post_install line 104 No such file or directory at ./post_install line 61 It appears that I may have to delete a queue file of some sort in order to run this function again.
