Hamid,

OSCAR 1.0 which uses LUI as the installer will not work with RedHat 7.2 at all.  
OSCAR 1.0 was only tested with Red Hat 6.2.

Red Hat 7.2 support is coming in OSCAR 1.3 (and hopefully sooner with a
special addon to OSCAR 1.2.1).
